This Thursday, the people of Uganda head to the polls to elect a president. The principal contenders in the first multi-party elections in two decades are Kizza Besigye and the current president, Yoweri Museveni. In a post-Amin, post-Obote Uganda, Museveni has done much good for his country. The past few years, however, give one pause to wonder what the future may hold.
